This site and the BoothNook app belong to Javier Expósito Martínez, trading as NikaStudio, an individual with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 53912693A, domiciled in Granada (Granada), Spain. You can write to me at nikastudio.dev@gmail.com about anything to do with the site or the app.

The holder is not entered in any public register for this activity, does not carry it out under an administrative authorisation or as a regulated profession, and has not signed up to any code of conduct.

This site presents the BoothNook app, publishes its privacy policy and these terms, and lets you download the Android version. The app and the site are free: there are no prices, purchases or subscriptions.

You can browse the site and download the app freely. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to disrupt how it works or access parts of it that are not public.

You can use the app for free, for personal or professional purposes, such as running your stall at a fair. To that end I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your devices. You may not redistribute, modify, sell or rent the APK, or publish modified versions. Download it only from this site or, once they exist, from the official stores.

All of this is without prejudice to the rights that Article 100 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act gives anyone who lawfully uses a program, which no contract can exclude: making a backup copy, observing and studying how it works, and decompiling it as far as needed for interoperability with other programs.

Third-party components, code and assets, are governed by their own licenses, listed in Settings → About → Open-source licenses; this license does not limit the rights those licenses grant you.

The app keeps your data only on your device and sends it nowhere; the privacy policy explains this and what the backup holds. You export the ZIP backups yourself and they stay under your control: keep them somewhere safe, because if you lose your device without a backup there is no way to recover the data. The backup does not hold your profile photo.

The name and logo of BoothNook, the app, and the texts, images and design of this site belong to their holder unless stated otherwise. The app's licence gives you no other rights over them.

The 3D T-shirt seen in the app screenshots: "T-shirt" by Poly by Google (https://poly.pizza/m/bdOMzzh-fSl), licensed under CC BY 3.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/). Adapted: the app merges its parts into a single mesh, rescales it, drops its materials and applies the product's colour and artwork.

The prints on the stand seen in the app screenshots are by Searyuu and are shown with permission.

The third-party code and font this site is built with keep their own licences: their copyright notices and the texts of those licences are in the third-party notices.

The app and the site are offered as is, with no guarantee that they are free of errors or always available. I try to keep them working well and to fix the faults I know about. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of data that a backup would have prevented.

None of this limits my liability for personal injury, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights consumer law gives you that cannot be excluded.

Some links lead to third-party sites, such as Android Developers or YouTube, which have their own terms. I do not control their content; if you tell me a link leads to something unlawful, I will remove it.

I may change these terms when the app or the site changes, when a law requires it, or to correct a mistake. The date at the top shows the last revision, and a change that affects you significantly will be announced on this page before it applies.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you use the app or the site as a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection given by the law of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of your domicile. The terms are published in Spanish and English; if the two versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
